Our Promise to You
At GT Creative Press, we want you to love what you ordered. Because our products are made with care and often printed on demand, all sales are final. However, we understand that things can happen. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at gtcreativepress@gmail.com with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable).
Once reviewed, we will send a replacement or offer a refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Downloadable or digital items
Journals and books (unless damaged or incorrect)
Sale or clearance items
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as orders may already be in production or shipped.
